To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phking365's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to phking365 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phking365 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from gambling decisions made by the Player; (d) service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, power failures, or third-party network failures.
By phking365. phking365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or technical abuse.
